Whole beans or ground coffee: how do I choose?

Choose whole beans if your machine or grinder grinds them when needed. For filter, moka pot or French press, ground coffee is simpler — just check that the grind suits your method.

Where can I track my order?

We email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our workshop. Check your spam folder too. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your order number.

When is shipping free?

Standard shipping is free in mainland France on orders from 30€. Your cart also shows how much more you need to spend.

Can I find out where my coffee comes from?

Yes. The available details about origins, growers and the journey are in your coffee passport. Open it in our traceability app or scan your pack.
